Lifting magnets are designed to lift and move cast ingots, steel ball, sheets, bars and scrap of ferromagnetic materials. The magnets are to be attached to cranes, excavator, and other hoisting machines at metallurgical plants, scrap yards and ship-building plants.Lifting magnets may be installed and used as single magnets or as arrangements of multiple magnets. In all of these cases, making an optimum selection of lifting magnet components to handle steel plate and requires a thorough knowledge of the application.
Features:
1. Special heat-resistance treatment, Class C
2. Both welded and casted structure
3. Coil is not easy to be broken down
4. The coil is made of aluminum wire and qualified insulation materials.
5. The special heat-resistance treatment is done so that scraps below 650° C is capable of lifting.
6. Mica is used inside as the insulator.
7. Both normal and high temperature model are available.
8. Duty 60% and 75%
