Product Introduction:
Shear lock is a deformation of electromagnetic locks, by turning the combination of the electromagnet and iron-plate 90 degrees,to make the lock and the door's opening or closing direction orthogonal. And by thickening the iron-plate to form a "bolt", in order to make the "bolt" absorbed into the pre-embedded "lock hole". Thus the shearing force "stucks" the door to achieve the effect of locking. The difference between shear lock and electromagnetic lock is that the former uses stucking force to lock but the latter relys on suction to lock. The ledge of both sides of iron plate and lock body will release 4800Lbs shearing force when lock body and iron plate suction together. This kind lock is especially suitable for 180 degrees internal and external double open door. Shear lock can be matched with fire control, access control, vedio door phone, alarming and surveillance system.
