Excavator Lifting Magnet for Steel Scraps
EMW Series Lifting Magnet is installed on excavator designed to handle steel scraps,
casting Ingot, turning and steel ball.
Applications:
It is made of aluminum wire and the coil protection plate is made of highly rolled
Manganese plate.
This series adopts the vacuum drying and glue filling method so as to enable the
fine insulation performance. The Mica is used as the Heat barrier material.
Features:
The protection plate for coil adopts abrasionresisting and shockproof rolling
high-manganese steel.
The electromagnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up
to Grade F.
Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double
spun glass) or cooper.
High lifting capacity, light self-weight. Low power consumption, long service life.
Three types for option:
-- Normal temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%):for lifting normal temperature steel scraps.
-- High frequency type (DC-220V TD-75%):for lifting normal temperature steel scraps in high frequency use.
-- High temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%):for lifting high temperature steel scraps or lift steel scraps in high temperature
environment use.
