Massage Equipment and Pneumatic Airbag Integration
Use the pump with a pressure sensor, manifold valve and controlled exhaust path. Select the pump according to total airbag volume, target pressure, inflation time, tubing resistance, valve flow and maximum continuous ON time. The pump's maximum pressure is not the recommended pressure applied to a user.
System Design Notes
- Mount the pump on vibration-isolating material and test noise inside the finished enclosure.
- Keep liquid, oil, foam and condensate out of the air-only pump.
- Add overpressure detection and a fail-safe exhaust route.
- Validate motor temperature at the maximum real duty cycle.

No. The specified medium is air. Liquid, coffee, foam and condensate must be isolated from the pump.
2. Does the pump deliver 68kPa to the user?
No. The value is pump-level pressure capability. The finished device must regulate and limit its user-side pressure.
3. Is the pump suitable for continuous operation?
The supplied endurance test uses an intermittent 10-second ON, 2-second OFF and 5-second exhaust cycle. Continuous duty requires separate thermal and lifetime validation.
