In the field of industrial automation and liquid transportation, peristaltic pumps are highly favored for their precise and stable performance. Below is our detailed test report on a high-performance peristaltic pump.
1. Voltage Adaptability
This peristaltic pump supports multiple voltage inputs, including 3 volts, 5 volts, and 8 volts, to meet the power requirements of different devices. During actual operation, we selected 5 volts for testing, and the actual voltage range was between 5 volts ± 10%. To further simulate the actual usage environment, we placed a 5-centimeter-thick sponge under the pump to absorb possible vibration noise. The test results showed that it met the requirements for a quiet working environment when tested under 5 volts DC.
5. Lifespan Test
For the lifespan of the pump, we conducted a strict test. Under the condition of 5-second operation and 3-second stop, the pump could operate continuously for more than 300,000 times. This data fully proves its durability and long-term stable operation capability, suitable for occasions requiring continuous or intermittent operation.
6. Low Temperature Resistance Test
In terms of extreme environment adaptability, we tested the pump's storage and performance under low-temperature conditions. After emptying the pump and storing it in a -20°C environment for 72 hours, we then removed it and placed it in a room temperature environment of 20°C ± 5°C for two hours. The test results showed that the pump still maintained a good working condition after such a harsh low-temperature test, proving its reliability in cold environments.
7. Abnormal Condition Test
To ensure the safety of the pump in abnormal conditions, we conducted a continuous 8-hour high-load operation test. Under 5 volts DC voltage, the pump operated continuously for 8 hours without any dangerous situations such as burning or smoking. This test verified the stability and safety of the pump during long-term operation.
8. Long-Term Lifespan Test
Finally, we conducted a more rigorous long-term lifespan test. Under the rated voltage, with a 5-second operation and 3-second stop as one cycle, we conducted up to 600,000 pump delivery tests. After the test, all functions of the pump remained normal, with an outlet size of 3.2 millimeters and a total length of 55.9 millimeters. Both outlets could be flexibly adjusted in direction to achieve multi-directional transportation. The silicone tube length reached 60 millimeters, providing sufficient space for liquid transportation.
