1. Limited adjustment accuracy

2. Limited flow medium
High cleanliness of the medium: the solenoid valve has high requirements for the cleanliness of the medium, and the medium containing particles cannot be applied, such as the medium contains impurities, which need to be filtered first.

Reason: Solenoid valves need to consume electrical energy to generate a magnetic field to control the switch of the valve, so it may cause high energy consumption in long-term operation.
4. The response speed is relatively slow
Relative to some other types of valves, the response speed of the solenoid valve may be slower, depending on the response time of the electromagnet and the performance of the power supply.
5. Low level of protection
Structure impact: The solenoid valve structure is relatively simple, easy to be affected by external dust, air, temperature and other factors. In specific environments, such as high humidity, dripping rain or frequent vibration, bumps and shocks, it may be necessary to select a special type of solenoid valve (such as waterproof solenoid valve, Marine solenoid valve) to meet the needs.
6. High requirements for power supply
Power supply stability: The solenoid valve needs to match the appropriate power supply, and there are certain requirements for the stability and voltage range of the power supply, otherwise it may affect its normal working performance.
