APPLICATION
SP3000 can be used for upstream and downstream pressure control. It is a direct-operated universal pressure regulator by Spring-setting.
It can be applied to various types of low corrosive gas and low viscosity liquid, water, natural gas, steam etc.
The minimum control pressure is 3KPa and the maximum control pressure is 3000KPa.
The minimum operation temperature is -54.4oF (-48oC) and the maximum operation temperature is 572oF (300oC).

PRODUCT FEATURES

Bellow-Sealing Packing----The valve stem of SP3000 regulator is a long bellow structure, sealing O-ring is used as a back-up sealing method, which provides an extremely reliable sealing for valve stem.
High Accuracy---The friction of bellow sealing packing is lower than conventional packing structure, the optimally designed spring and actuator will definitely find their best combination for process pressure, which makes the regulator have very high overall control accuracy.
Stainless Actuator---As an important part of the regulator, the actuator is made of stainless plate to ensure its high pressure-strength and long service life.
Better Reliability ---Single-seat plug has very low leakage during the closing of the regulator, the soft-sealed plug can completely shut off the flow and make the system enter into a holding-pressure status.
Overload Safety Protection---The safety shall be ensured under any circumstances. The pressure reducing valve allows medium to enter the actuator, so the overload of the system usually badly damaged the regulator. The overload protection mechanism of SP3000 regulator can safely bear the overload pressure one or several times higher than the upper limit pressure of the regulation range. The overload pressure can reach the nominal pressure of the valve in most configurations.
Easy Pressure Regulation---The screw regulation device can easy adjustment, convenient and quick pressure regulation.
Convenient Combination---Normalized modular design allows the changeover between downstream and upstream pressure control mode, different regulation ranges and operating temperature can be performed with the replacement of extremely few parts.
