Model: SC0415CVG (SC0415GF), this is 2-position 3-way solenoid valve, medium for air ,which is more used in medical devices and massager. The valve belongs to normally open mode. The following parameters are routine parameters.
1.Rated voltage：DC3.0V/DC4.5V/DC6.0V/DC12.0V
We extracted one of the voltages to test the micro air valve with DC3.0V. The test method was horizontal, and the solenoid valve was tested with a voltage range of DC2.5V-3.5V without any problems
2.Rated current：300mA/215mA/200mA/160mA
3.Pressure：350mmHg
When we test the working pressure of solenoid valve, the maximum value is 350mmHg, while the actual common pressure is 300mmHg in the test：No Connecting with DC power, to pressurize from 0 to 300 mmHg in a 100CC tank,then waiting for 30 seconds, which shall be lower than 3mmHg/ Min
about Exhaust speed:Testing in a 100CC tank,it takes less than 3 seconds to exhaust the pressure from 300 mmHg to 15 mmHg.
5.Lifetime test：200.000 Times(12s on,5s off)
Putting the valve into the Valve Life Testing Jig,performing the operation for 200,000 times,then the valve still functions well by running through the following test:4-4;5-1;5-2;5-3;5-4;5-5.
Note：the cycle life testing is on 12s(Pressurizing from 0 till 300mmHg in a 100CC tank),off 5s with DC 3.0V .
